We are located in the South of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, close to the border of the State of Paraná. We are lucky to live in the country side and privileged to be able to supply to our princes/princesses a lot of space.

Our passion for felines began with a wild cat, called Xixa, which was given as a baby to a french TV-reporter by some Indians in the Amazon Forest. Much to our regret they had extracted her claws, making her defenseless and unable to return to her natural habitat. Under this conditions she came to us, lived with us for 14 years and we learned to admire, to love and to respect her. Perhaps as a form of gratitude, she touched us with her love and her affection, delicacy, elegance and autonomy, but also with her wild instincts, which she never lost. When she died, she left us with longings, love and a legacy taken roots deeply in our hearts.

The idea of living without a feline, became impossible for us, as well as the idea of substituting " Xixa" with a domestic cat, this did not seem to us very exciting. It was when one day our son came back from a trip and told us of having seen a giant american cat, playful, very smart and beautiful and specially with features reminding of a wild cat.

Based on this, our first two Maine Coons arrived, imported from Poland. With their lynx like antennas very much connected and first we thought: "we won't be up to these boys!" They were more like our playful dogs, paid attention to everything we did,..... and even had some reasoning!!! Tommy & Jimmy are today our two (neutralized) mascots, responsible for the existence of our cattery.

We imported all our breeding stock from Europe, as we wanted to begin from zero, with new blood and genetics. It took us two years to thoroughly study many catteries, pedigrees, lines and tendencies, and only then, with a lot of patience, we got access to some of the greatest breeders in Europe. Our happiness and fascination in finally today to live together with our princes/princesses is overwhelming.

Well, we would like to give our thanks to the catteries Summerplace, Mainsfield, Dances with Wolves, Paradise Island and Freeclimber for the trust deposited in us, as well as for all the attention, support, cares and friendship.

We would also like to thank Amacoon and the brazilian "Clube Brasileiro do Gato", for their incessant initiative to professionalize, take care and to provide the necessary seriousness in the development of this race, the Maine Coon, here in Brazil.

Also a very special thanks to the cattery Triunfo, for their friendship, support, experience and technical attendance. Our thank-you-very-much, to Hugo and Kleyne!!!
